On September 22 and 23, Karen Burgess served as Course Director for TexasBarCLE’s 8th Annual Business Disputes Course in Houston. She also presented to lawyers from across the state on the Texas Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act and the recent amendments to the Uniform Act.
